Refund Policy
RETURNS:
For non-customized (non-printed) products, we allow returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and packaging.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS:
While we cannot offer returns on customized (printed) products, if there are any defects in printing or product quality, we will replace the defective items in your next order. Customers must report any issues within 6 months of receiving the product. Issues reported after 6 months will be handled at our discretion.
REFUNDS:
Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will process the refund and apply it to your original payment method within 7 business days. If the refund is not approved, we will notify you via email with the reason.
